What happens when you apply

Your CV should be reviewed by our team within 24-48 hours and one of the following will happen:

• You will be invited to a phone screening call.
• You will be invited to join our talent pool if we like your CV but we are not sure you are exactly right for that particular role.
• You will receive a rejection email (sorry - sometimes we have to, but don't give up).

If you are invited to a phone screen, you will then spend up to 30 minutes on the phone with one of our talent team talking through the role and if all goes well, will lead to you being invited for interview with the team you want to work with.

This interview will cover skills, competencies and attitude, and would be followed by a technical test where appropriate and a culture fit meeting with someone in the leadership team.

We hope to complete all this within 1-2 weeks of your application.
